Dosha Test
To understand which solutions are most suitable for improving your health, it is necessary to identify your dosha, that is, to determine your prakriti.
Knowing your prakriti helps to understand whether your vital energies are in balance or imbalance, which determines your current state of health (vikriti).
Completing this test by answering the questions helps the practitioner determine which treatments can be applied, as well as which meditations or yoga classes are best suited for you.
Who am I
My journey into yoga began in 2011. I started practicing due to some back issues, mostly caused by stress; it was actually a doctor who first introduced me to yoga. In 2016, the desire to go beyond personal practice led me to the Escuela Internacional de Yoga in Madrid, the city where I lived for 15 years. After obtaining my first diploma as a yoga instructor, I chose to continue with the teacher training program, specializing in restorative yoga and in Ayurveda and manual therapies.
I began teaching in 2017, bringing to the mat not only technique, but above all, lived experience.
The call of Ayurveda — yoga’s sister science — became increasingly strong after my first specialization. In 2020, I began a new path with the Asociación Internacional de Yoga y Ayurveda (AIYA), delving deeper into the practices of Abhyanga massage and complementary Ayurvedic therapies, eventually completing a two-year training course as an advanced integral Ayurveda therapist.
