Terms and conditions

1. Nature of the Service

The personalized programs offered by Cuscientzia are tailor-made based on individual needs, psycho-physical and energetic constitution (prakriti and vikriti), seasonal timing, and the person’s specific goals. Each program is a unique creation, developed through careful evaluation and requiring time, study, resources, and presence.

2. Booking Procedure

Booking is done through a preliminary consultation (in person or online), after which a personalized plan is proposed along with a quote. The start of the program requires written acceptance of the quote and of these Terms and Conditions.

3.Payments

Payment can be made:

  • In a single advance payment before the program starts;
  • Or in agreed-upon installments, according to the proposed structure.

Bank transfers, cash (within legal limits), and digital payment systems (e.g., Satispay, PayPal) are accepted. A regular fiscal receipt or invoice will be issued.

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Cancellation before the program starts:

  • Up to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund of the amount paid;
  • From 6 to 2 days before: 30% refund;
  • Within the 48 hours prior or no-show: no refund.

nterruption after the program has started:

No refunds are provided. In the event of documented force majeure, a temporary suspension or the conversion of the remaining credit into other services (to be used within 3 months) can be agreed upon.

Rescheduling of appointments:

Rescheduling is possible only with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Otherwise, the session will be considered as completed.

5.Confidentiality and Non-Transferability

The program is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to others, nor reproduced or reused without the operator’s written consent. The materials provided (guidance, handouts, protocols, sequences, meditations) are reserved intellectual property and may not be copied, transmitted, shared, or adapted in other contexts.

Any abuse or unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

6. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for the provision of the requested services.

7. Jurisdiction

For any disputes, the competent court will be the Court of Cagliari, unless otherwise provided to protect the consumer.
