The personalized programs offered by Cuscientzia<\/i> are tailor-made<\/b> based on individual needs, psycho-physical and energetic constitution (prakriti and vikriti), seasonal timing, and the person\u2019s specific goals. Each program is a unique creation, developed through careful evaluation and requiring time, study, resources, and presence. <\/p>\n
2. Booking Procedure<\/b><\/p>\n
Booking is done through a preliminary consultation (in person or online), after which a personalized plan<\/b> is proposed along with a quote. The start of the program requires written acceptance<\/b> of the quote and of these Terms and Conditions. <\/p>\n
3.Payments<\/b><\/p>\n
Payment can be made:<\/p>\n
Bank transfers, cash (within legal limits), and digital payment systems (e.g., Satispay, PayPal) are accepted. A regular fiscal receipt or invoice will be issued. <\/p>\n
4. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy<\/b><\/p>\n
Cancellation before the program starts:<\/b><\/p>\n nterruption after the program has started:<\/b><\/p>\n No refunds are provided. In the event of documented force majeure, a temporary suspension or the conversion of the remaining credit into other services (to be used within 3 months<\/b>) can be agreed upon. <\/p>\n Rescheduling of appointments:<\/b><\/p>\n Rescheduling is possible only with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/b>, subject to availability.
